Brief data and its purpose
Submitting the form provides your name, contact details, organization if supplied, event requirements, date or its unconfirmed status, location, requested services and message. We use this information to review requirements, prepare a quotation, contact you and manage follow-up. Provide only information needed for the event; avoid identity numbers and unrelated personal data about other people.
WhatsApp and mini-brief
The sales panel and mini-brief open WhatsApp with the message you prepare. The message is sent only when you send it in WhatsApp. A mini-brief does not create a website inbox record. Conversations continued through WhatsApp are subject to that service’s terms and privacy policy.
Storage and access
Saved briefs are held in a private system using Cloudflare. A copy of brief data and follow-up status is synchronized to a private Google Sheet for operations. Brief data is not entered into the public content CMS. Inbox access requires sign-in and is limited to operators designated by Princess.
Retention and deletion
Active briefs are retained for follow-up. Once a brief is closed, its data and Google Sheets copy are scheduled for automatic deletion after 180 days. A reopened brief is not deleted using its previous closure date. Minimal technical records may remain to record deletion and prevent synchronization retries from restoring deleted data. This policy covers website data; WhatsApp conversations are managed through that service.
Analytics and security
Optional analytics such as Google Analytics run only after you agree through the privacy choices. You can decline or change that choice; navigation and WhatsApp contact remain available. Names, contact details, brief contents and WhatsApp messages are not sent as analytics events. The system also uses anti-spam checks and technical data needed to protect and operate the form.
Requests about your data
To request access, correction or deletion of brief data, contact Princess through the WhatsApp sales panel and include your brief reference if available. We may request enough information to confirm that the request comes from an authorized person.
