Is this equipment-only rental, or does it include crew?
Princess supplies equipment with crew/operators. The quotation lists the equipment and crew scope for your event.
Can Princess handle integrated technical production?
The scope is agreed with the client or event organizer based on requirements, schedule, and logistics.
How do I request a quotation?
Contact sales on WhatsApp with your initial requirements, venue, and schedule. A quotation follows the requirements discussion.

Share the event type, venue, schedule, and initial requirements. Sales and the technical team will define the details.
Does Princess serve locations outside Greater Jakarta?
For out-of-town work, Princess prioritizes complete productions. Scope and logistics are reviewed before quotation.
Can Princess support last-minute additions?
Princess is based in Kebayoran Lama, close to central Jakarta's hotel district. Sales confirms equipment and crew availability and the response time.
